Second Employee: Ah sir pwedeng makuha na lang ang contact number ninyo saka email address ninyo?
Ady: Ah okay. (Give ko yun office phone number).
Second Employee: Sir, yun email address ninyo po?
Ady: (gave my office email)
Second Employee: Sir, ano po spelling, E D R

Second Employee: Ah okay po. Yun Accenture ninyo po ba, COME (?) o PH

Second Employee: Ah okay sige po. Email na lang po namin kayo
Ady: Wait, Reservation Officer po ba itong kausap ko?
Second Employee: Ay hindi po, trainee lang po kame. Pero wag po kayo mag-alala, kontrolado naman po namin lahat. Mabibigyan po namin kayo ng quotation.
(yeah right, kontrolado ninyo nga pero ang tenga ninyo, I doubt!)
Ady: Oh siya sige hintayin ko na lang yun email ninyo. By the way, pakisabihan yun una kong kausap, magsanay sumagot ng telepono ng mahasa ang kaniyang telephone skills.

there was another comment from the Management of the said resort which I opted not to post. They were apologizing for the lack of professionalism of their Marketing Staff.
To Sol - apologies if the name of the resort was mentioned. I edited this out already. By the way, I haven't received any feedback from your Marketing Team yet. Hope to get their response the soonest.
By the way, I've been to the resort 6 years ago and I think it was really nice ~ the ambiance was cool, the facilities were good and the staff were great.
